Service Description

****Scheduling the sessions in advance will occur once payment has been received.**** Small group training is designed around athletes' age, skill level, and position. (5-7 in the group--1 session/week) This option is to allows multiple athletes to book twelve training sessions to train together. Booking this package saves money on individual training sessions as the sessions are booked weeks in advance. During these sessions the following items will be covered: FUNDAMENTALS - 2pt & 3pt stances -Blocking Transitions - Proper footwork AGILITY & CONDITIONING - Hand placement - Body positioning - Striking - Flexibility - Mobility - Recovery TECHNIQUE & COMPREHENSION - Power/Explosive Stances - Chalk Talk (Whiteboard/Classroom session) - Film Study STRENGTH - Weight Room Session

Cancellation Policy

If an athlete does not show up for the scheduled session or provide at least 24 hours notice of cancellation, the athlete will be charged for the session as the coach needs to be available for the session. We understand emergencies happen, and it is not always possible to give notice. Those situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
